We’re feeling very chuffed today because we’ve been shortlisted for Vale of Glamorgan Employer of the Year 2022.

The judges are looking for:

• those businesses in the Vale of Glamorgan that continuously invest in their employees for sustainable growth and development.
• evidence of staff development, retention and recruitment; career development and training for employees; commitment to diversity; and the embedding of a learning culture.

We have invested heavily in our culture in recent years, recognising the importance of building and developing our team for our next stage of growth.

Our achievements are down to our people, and the way in which they work together to drive our vision and our mission.

Whether we win on the night or not, they deserve enormous credit.
