Roperhurst is delighted to welcome Steve Thrush, who joins us today in the role of Technical Manager.
Steve is a Mechanical Engineer by vocational training, including Facilities Maintenance, Retail Facilities Engineering and Property Development, Main Contractor & Supplier Relationship Management, Performance and Capability management.
He has worked in senior engineering management roles, technical management roles and general manufacturing [food] and senior operational management roles. Often very high volume and low margin fast moving short life Products which include Tea, Coffee, Poultry, Bread, Morning Goods and Confectionary.

His extensive CV includes seven years with Tesco, where he spent time as an Engineering & Maintenance Planning Manager, four years as Plant Manager at Allied Bakeries and eleven years as Factory Manager at Finlays. This experience will be hugely beneficial in developing Roperhurst’s planned and reactive maintenance team.”
