Roperhurst has completed design, fabrication and installation of two bespoke wet-benches for a new build university cleanroom. Both were manufactured at our Barry premises and installed at our client’s premises in the Midlands.
The polypropylene wet-bench (3000mm wide) has provision for towns’ water, DI water taps and guns and nitrogen guns. At the end user’s request there is also a timer-controlled weir sink with actuated valve.
The PVDF wet-bench (1500mm wide) again has provision for towns’ water, DI water taps and guns and nitrogen guns.
When complete, lighting in both wet benches will be appropriate for UV-photo-sensitive applications and will filter UV radiation reliably below 520 nm.
