20/03/17 Roperhurst acquires assets from LJ Construction (Plastics) Limited

Plastic pipe stockRoperhurst are pleased to announce that we have acquired 100% of the stock, and plastic welding tools and machinery from the liquidators of LJ Construction (Plastics) Limited, a long-standing plastics fabricator formerly in Ashford TW15.

As a Georg Fischer-approved stockist with a strong customer base in the water industry, LJC carried GF pipe and fittings stock (PVC, polypropylene, PVDF and ABS) in sizes ranging from 10mm to 200mm.

4no core6 composite platforms for the rail industryJust a few weeks after the lauch of our core6 partnership, the first four access platforms designed and built by Roperhurst were despatched today.

These rail industry platforms will be used to allow cleaning crews to access rolling stock.

17/11/16 PVC ductwork leaves for nuclear site

PVC ductwork fabricated for the nuclear industryOn 17th November Roperhurst despatched the first phase of PVC ductwork for a nuclear facility in the North of England. 

The ductwork, fabricated to DW154, was rolled using our Ingenia butt fusion machine, and then one-piece machined flanges welded on by our team of EN 13067-certified welders.
